01What we collect
Your email, the name for your certificate, and what you bought. That’s about it!
We collect the information you provide at checkout — email address, certificate name, gift recipient details where applicable, and for businesses, company and address details — together with transaction records.
02Your card
We never see your card number. Stripe handles it.
Payment information is processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or have access to full card numbers.
03Emails
Your certificates, and at most one short note a month. One click to unsubscribe.
We send transactional emails necessary to deliver your purchase. With your consent we may send up to one marketing email per month; each includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
04Public records
Your certificate ID and the name on it are visible on our verify page — that’s the point. Use a nickname if you like.
The certificate name, ID, date and quantity are published on our public verification registry so third parties can confirm retirement. You may choose any name, initials or a pseudonym for your certificate.
05No selling, ever
We don’t sell your data. We don’t show ads. Full stop.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
06Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting [email protected]. Registry entries for retired credits are retained for their permanence but may be anonymised on request.
